About time for new pages, innit?
And for the record, these are two of my favourite pages ever.
The art show can safely be considered a success, since I sold about 8 pieces and 3 of those were to people I barely know. (Because you know what they say...if the only people buying your stuff are family and friends, it's time to think about a career change!)
That's also not counting all the books & prints I sold. (the print being the "Dance Party In Hell" image below) There are still lots of prints left (for the paltry sum of 10 Canadian dollars), so if you'd like one, go see Theo at Unreal City in downtown Saskatoon.
If you don't live in Saskatoon but you still want one, email me and I'll see what I can do to hook you up.

Elaine!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the opening was a success. Theo had sent me info about it and I had hoped I'd be able to make, but just couldn't.
I did pop into the store last week for a (all too brief) look at you work. The colour pieces were FANTASTIC! I hope to see them in print some time soon!

Hey Tim! Thanks so much for your kind words. :) I should probably let you know that I sent a copy of your comic (and your kids' minicomics!) to a friend of mine overseas and he adored them all. (Quote: "The dinosaur one is heavy stuff!!")
